Equipped with modern amenities and ergonomic furnitures, conveniently located within water, shopping, restaurants and entertainment,  the property will provide guests with long lasting unforgettable travel experience.

PROPERTY SETTING AND AMENITIES.

Experience a unique stay in our carefully curated home with carefully chosen furnishings, amenities, and a spacious lot of almost 0.4 acres. The moment you enter, relax on the modern Nevio Leather Sectional sofa with power recliner and articulating headrests while enjoying a 125 gallon fish tank and 65" Hisense Smart TV in the living room. Complimentary slippers are provided in the Shoe Rack on your left. The freshly renovated kitchen is openly connected with living room, allowing you to converse with friends while preparing food on the granite kitchen island. The clean line Sonnett Collection Glass Dinning Table with two refectory leaf extensions on each end, can comfortably seat 6-8 people.  

Open the sliding door from Kitchen to the spacious family play room, where you can have a game of Pool, Air Hockey or Ping Pong with family or friends in the 3-in-1 Triumph Gaming Table or simply relax with a cup of tea while enjoying a view of the greenery backyard through the sunny windows or playing video game on the 65 inch VIZIO Smart TV with built-in Airplay and Chromecast. Stretch out and relax on the Avana Sleek Chaise Lounge, perfect for yoga enthusiasts. If you prefer to sleep closer to nature, a twin day bed with pull-out trunk in the corner can accommodate 2 guests prefer. 

There are two bedrooms and a shared, newly updated bathroom accessible from the kitchen. The larger bedroom is equipped with a chocolate upholstered platform ZTOZZ Wave like Queen Bed with ergonomic back rest, surprisingly pleasant for reading before bed or falling asleep faster. The smaller bedroom has a twin bed with pull-out twin trunk and 2 bright windows.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms. The enormous bedroom on the right is equipped with a black upholstered platform ZTOZZ Wave like Queen Bed, a KD Frames Fold Platform Full Bed, and a Milliard Tri Fold Full Mattress sofa that can comfortably sleep 6 person. Inside the study room within the bedroom, grabbing a book from the revolving Clevr Bamboo Bookshelf, you can enjoy a casual reading time or remotely working at the Homcom Home Office Study Writing Workstation that comes with a Epson Expression Small-In-One Wireless Printer. The large master bedroom on the left with private bathroom is equipped with a black upholstered platform ZTOZZ Wave like King Bed and Jingwei Tri-fold Foam Queen Mattress sofa that can easily sleep 4 person. Watch your favorite movie on the black leather sofa or on the wave like ergonomic king bed with your loved ones from the 58 inch VIZIO Smart TV,  all made possible by the full-motion long-arm space-crossing Physix 2100 TV Wall Mount. 

- Enjoy outdoor activities on our large lot with plenty of sunshine, or revitalize your body and mind in the Jacuzzi Pumps 6-Person 45-Jet Aquarest Spas(Bath Robe available in bedroom) Guest is also provided Pop Up Canopy with Side Wall for their outdoor activity. Experience the wild west  with our Fire Pit Garden Stove in back yard or entertain outdoor cooking with the Royal Grill and Griddle Combo. Long Island is known for its distinctive winter, yet the host is planning to install a 13 ft by 35 ft all-year-round heated in-ground swimming pool in the huge backyard with clean energy efficient polycarbonate enclosure, allowing you to enjoy swimming and the scenery the same time. There will be also large outdoor sunny room with clear sliding doors connected to the swimming pool for guests to enjoy the sunny outdoor activity.  Stay tuned for updates on this exciting addition.
